our squad just finished another ‘hour of pain’. 280 press-ups + 280 sit-ups + 280 squat jumps + 280 burpees + 18 mins Harvards etc…

was coxing/scrutinising throughout the day. (= yelling at competitors to go faster) made 3 people throw up and 1 pass out. they loved it.

staffed the British Rowing Indoor Championships, saw some world records and Olympic medallists. stuff well worth the 25 hours of work.
